I hope you rectify this floor levels. You weren’t that friendly and welcoming. Felt that you didn’t really care

The ridge on the floor into the bathroom where there was a sliding door. The door wasn’t attached to the floor. This made for a dangerous situation as the door wasn’t handle slot was lo and as you touched it the door would sway into the main room. The reason for my delayed response for my review is that I experienced a very nasty fall due to the bathroom entrance and door. The ridge = a 10 / 12 cm difference in floor level, higher in the bathroom.

A big room with a comfortable bed. The breakfast was fine, more modest than usual.

The hotel and the reception area are not well marked in the dark.

My stay in Estoril...

It was a nice and quiet stay in Estoril. The hotel is just 5 minutes walk to the beach. Staff are warm and accommodating. I love the hotel's hallway scent. I stayed in a room with a balcony, and the room was okay. The bed was comfy enough. Availed of the hotel breakfast, which is a simple and basic breakfast menu. I like the bread most.. Weather cooperated, my 2 days stay was generally good.

Rooms - no amenities like coffee and tea, which I think should be basic . Lacking toiletries like toothbrush and lotion. These are just minor issues, but it would be a plus to the hotel's amenities . Breakfast - It would be nice to have a variety of food every morning, especially when stay is for more than a night. Some of the amenities should be repaired, I noticed the pool's ladder needed some fixing. The garden by the pool could be a perfect lounging area in good weather if there's proper seating furniture nicely placed and arranged. I understand that it's not the peak season, but irregardless of the season, it would be nice to stay in a well and nicely kept hotel, no matter what the star rating is.

We would stay again, good value for money, but it is in need of a refurb inside the rooms

Great rooms, very clean, quiet area.

The room was spotless and clean. The room was also a good layout and very spacious.

The kitchen staff for breakfast were a bit moody. The rest of the staff, for example the reception and cleaners, were great, however.

It was fine, but I probably wouldn’t book again.

Very good staff!

The hair dryer was extremely weak (had to push the button to keep it going) and it had such little power it took 30 mins. To get my hair (which is longer) dry. We stayed in the back building and the room was a Superior Studio. It was spacious, but dated. There was an extremely offensive smell on the first floor that appeared to be poisonous for bugs. The pool was ice cold! Staff were very friendly and helpful

We had the best time in Estonia and will definitely be back.

Its location. Very easy to get around. It was clean. Train station down the road to get to Cascais, which was buzzing, and beyond. Some lovely restaurants and bars to eat and drink at. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The pool area was clean and tidy and more than enough beds. Breakfast was nice, the pastries were scrumptious. If they’d kept the lid on the bacon & scrambled eggs it would have been hot. We stayed in a group of 10 of us and had a blast!

It does need a bit of a re-vamp as it’s very tired looking. The pool is definitely in need of a good sorting out. There’s also no bar in the evening which is a shame, as it meant we couldn’t come back for a night cap and chat after our nights out.

Lovely small hotel

Nice small hotel, clean and well furnished. The waitress at Breakfast was lovely and helpful, breakfast had a good selection for such a small hotel Pool was kept clean and tidy easy walk into the town centre

You could buy some snacks and drinks , however there was not a proper bar area which was a shame

Wonderful

Location: The hotel is in a very quiet neighborhood and is closed to the beach and the trainstation. The room is cleaned and we got new towels everyday! The staff are friendly and helpful.

The swiming pool could have been cleaned better. The breakfast is not really worth the price.
